  • How do I get into contact with Jazzy Malaty Art with any questions that I have about my order?
    Visit the Contact Us page of the website Submit a form and we will get back to you as soon as possible about your inquiry
  • What is the return/ refund policy on my order?
    We do not have a refund policy. If your item returns damaged placed visit the Contact Us page to give us information on the issue that has occurred so that an exchange can be discussed.
  • Is there a sizing chart?
    Yes, we have a PDF of the dimensions of all of the clothing items featured. If you would like more information on the sizes of an item feel free to reach out on the Contact Us page.
  • Who does the designs and prints?
    Jasmine Malaty designs all of the art that is on the different products that we feature. The printing is completed by a third party. If you any questions about how the clothing is produced feel free to reach out on the Contact Us page.
  • Where does Jazzy Malaty Art ship to?
    Currently, we only ship to Canada.
  • Can I request a custom order?
    Yes! We can create custom designs to put on different clothing options. There may be an additional fee for custom designs. Please leave at least two weeks for the design to be made before the order can be processed. Please put in a request through the Contact Us Page for custom designs.
  • I have an idea for a design, can I get it printed?
    Of course! We are open to suggestions for new designs. If we like the idea it will be uploaded to the site, and in the product description you will be credited for the idea. Feel free to leave suggestions or requests on the Contact Us page.
